Our History

Established in 2017, CTC Group has evolved into a dynamic and thriving organization. Originating in Flower Mound, Texas, we have strategically integrated high-performing companies into our group, strengthening our industry presence in the vibrant DFW Metroplex. Our Leadership Team

Rik Thrailkill - Director of Operations

Rik Thrailkill is a seasoned professional with expertise in business consulting, construction management, and healthcare technology. Based in Texas, he excels in strategic planning, leadership development, and performance optimization, inspiring innovation and accountability in his clients.

Rik’s operational leadership experience includes roles such as Director of Operations at EmCare and Regional Vice President at IN Compass Health. As former CEO of ERC Group and COO of Denali Construction Services, he has successfully led operations, compliance, and sales. Rik has also contributed to top healthcare companies like HCA and Optum. A U.S. Army Paratrooper and Combat Veteran of Operation Desert Storm in Iraq and Operation Just Cause in Panama, Rik’s expertise is shaped by his military background, which developed his discipline, resilience, and deep commitment to service.

A graduate of the University of Georgia and a U.S. Army veteran, Rik’s leadership style fosters collaboration, growth, and trust. Married with three children, he is dedicated to transparency, determination, and creating a supportive environment where teams excel through excellence.

Jenna France - Human Resource Generalist & Development Leader

Jenna France is a successful Human Resources professional dedicated to fostering connections and growth. With a degree in Human Resource Management from Texas A&M University’s Mays Business School, she combines a strong business foundation with a passion for people management. During her studies, Jenna honed her leadership skills through involvement in organizations like Aggie Women in Business and the TAMU Society for Human Resource Management.

Her leadership extends to her role as former Events Coordinator for the Dance Arts Society, where she developed teamwork, communication, and relationship-building skills. Currently, Jenna contributes to her community as an active member of the Flower Mound Chamber of Commerce and Lewisville Area Young Professionals, supporting local businesses and fostering professional connections.

Jenna’s passion for books, live music, and performing arts reflects her vibrant personality and commitment to growth. With her leadership experience and community engagement, Jenna continues to make a meaningful impact at CTC Group.

Melanie France - Business Development & Technical Writer

Melanie France is an accomplished leader with expertise in technical writing, business development, and communication. With a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and a Minor in Technical and Professional Writing from Texas A&M University, Melanie has excelled in creating impactful materials through her skills in copyediting, document design, and brand development.

Melanie’s two years of experience at Cross Timbers Consulting Group has taught her to effectively craft proposals and enhance client engagement. Her dedication to building trusted client relationships has consistently driven successful project outcomes, reflecting her enthusiasm for partnership, transparency, and excellence.

In addition to technical skills, Melanie brings leadership expertise gained from four years of teaching dance and two years of leading a 200-member student-run organization. These roles refined her ability to tailor communication, foster welcoming environments, and manage complex projects with energy and precision. Her dynamic skill set and commitment to excellence position her as an effective leader, writer, and collaborator.
